Meet Our Attorneys

James M. Corder

Jimmy was born and raised in Athens, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama with honors in 1970, receiving a Bachelor of Science in business administration; accounting major. He then received his Juris doctorate form University of Alabama school of law in 1973. He was commissioned as an officer through ROTC at the University of Alabama and served as an officer in the United States army 1973-1974.

Mitchell K. Shelly

Mitch was born and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989 with a business degree. Upon graduating from college, he worked for an oil company in Houston and was later transferred to Birmingham, Al. He then received his Juris doctorate form the Cumberland School of Law in 1993.

Zachary Burgreen

Zac is a lifelong resident of Athens, AL. He is a 1995 graduate of Athens High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of Alabama. Upon graduating from college, he returned to Athens and spent time working in sales. He also obtained his Alabama real estate license and worked for a short period of time as a licensed real estate agent before deciding to attend law school. He received his Juris doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law in 2007.
